What this notice covers
This notice describes this website and nothing else. It is published by JSL Healthcare Ltd, which is the data controller.
If you contact the practice by email or telephone, your message is handled by the practice directly rather than by this website. How that correspondence is handled is being documented separately and will be published before this website accepts anything online.
What this website collects
Nothing. There is no account, no login, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind.
The enquiry form and the referral page do not send anything. The enquiry form runs entirely in your browser: what you type stays on your device and is discarded when you close the page. The referral page contains no form at all - online referral submission is not available yet, and the page says so.
Because nothing is submitted, there is no recipient, no storage, and nothing to retain or delete.
What is stored in your browser
One item, and only if you use the light/dark control in the header. It records that preference under the name jsl-theme so the site does not flash the wrong theme the next time you visit.
It holds nothing but the words light or dark, never leaves your device, and is not read by anyone. Clearing your browser's site data removes it. This website sets no cookies.
Third-party content
There is none. Fonts, images and every other resource are served from this website's own domain, so loading a page makes no request to any other company. There are no embedded maps, videos, social widgets, chat tools or fonts loaded from elsewhere.
Where a page links out - to the iWantGreatCare review profile, for example - that is an ordinary link. Nothing loads from that site until you choose to follow it.
Your rights
UK data protection law gives you the right to ask what personal data an organisation holds about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to receive it in a portable form. Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
This website holds no personal data, so in relation to the site itself there is nothing to request. If you have corresponded with the practice directly and want to exercise any of these rights, use the contact details below.
